| Göç edenlerin ev sahibi ülkede yaşadıkları en önemli sorunlar: geldikleri ülkenin dilini iyi ya da hiç bilmemeleri, istihdam, dilden ve ev sahibi toplumunun verdiği tepkiden kaynaklı sorunlar, barınma sorunu, ev sahibi toplumla farklı bir dine sahip olması durumunda dini ritüellerini gerçekleştirememe sorunu, göç edilen ülkedekilerin yabancılara karşı olumsuz tutumları, yeni çevreye uyum süreci, ekonomik zorluklar ve kültürel farklılıklar şeklinde sıralanabilir (Çakırer Özservet, 2016). Bu noktada, konuyla ilgili kişi ve kuruluşların, bölgesinde yaşayan göçmenlerin, kültürleri, dinleri ve sosyoekonomik yapıları ve ev sahibi kültüre olası katkıları konusunda detaylı bilgilere sahip olmaları büyük önem taşımaktadır (Sözer, 2019). Göçmenlerin ayrıntılı bir şekilde tanınmalarının ardından onlara yönelik ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel politikalar daha sağlıklı bir şekilde belirlenebilir (Sözer, 2019). Böylece hem ev sahibi topluma uyumları ve hem de göç ettikleri ülkeye katkı sağlamalarına destek olunabilir (Sözer, 2019). |

| The most important issues of their life in the host country of migrants: they don’t know well or at all the language of the country of origin, employment, language and the problems caused by the response of the host community, housing problems, if my issue has a different religion to perform their religious rituals with the host society, negative attitudes towards foreigners and immigration of the people of the country, the process of adaptation to the new environment, cultural differences and economic challenges in the form of sortable (Cakirer Ozservet, 2016). At this point, it is important that the relevant individuals and organizations have detailed information about the cultures, religions and socioeconomic structures of immigrants living in the region and their possible contribution to the host culture (Sözer, 2019). After detailed recognition of migrants, economic, social and cultural policies towards them can be determined in a healthier way (Sözer, 2019). In this way, they can be supported both by their adaptation to the host society and by their contribution to the country in which they emigrated (Sözer, 2019). |
