One of the determining factors in the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations is the attitude and behavior of employees of the organization in relation to the organization in the organization. This phenomenon, which can be characterized as organizational behavior, needs to be taken into account in meeting both organizational goals and individual requirements. Although organizational behavior was initially considered within the science of management, it later became a separate discipline. Organizational behavior deals with the systemic relationship of employees within the organization.
