| Çalışmaya dahil edilen 48 hastanın 30’ü (%62,5) erkek, 18’i Kadın (%37.5) cinsiyette idi. Hastaların ortalama yaşı 46,08±20,01 yıl (aralık 15-91) idi. 37 hasta 65 yaşın altında iken, 11 hatsa (%22.9) 65 yaş ve üzerinde idi. Travma şekli değerlendirildiğinde araç dışı trafik kazası geçiren 6 (12.5%), Ara. İçi trafik kazası gelişen 12 (%25) , darp gelişen 11 (%22.9), düşme ile acil servise gelen 14 (%29.2), hayan tepmesi sonrasında kot fraktürü gelişen 2 (%4.2) ve motosiklet kazası geçiren 3 (%6,3) hasta mevcuttu. 22 hastanın sağ tarafta , 26 hastanın (%54,2) ise sol tarafta fraktürleri vardı. 9 hastaya sadece blokaj yapılırken, 39 hataya (%81,3) interkostal blokaj ile birlikte analjezik tedavi acilde ilk başvuru anında yapılmıştır. | Of the 48 patients included in the study, 30 (62.5%) were male and 18 (37.5%) were female. The average age of the patients was 46.08±20.01 years (December 15-91). 37 patients were under 65 years of age, while 11 hatsa (22.9%) were 65 years of age or older. 6 (12.5%) who were involved in a non-vehicle traffic accident when the form of trauma was evaluated, Dec. 12 (25%), 11 (22.9%), 14 (29.2%) who came to the emergency department with a fall, 2 (4.2%) who developed a jeans fracture after a hayan kick, and 3 (6.3%) who had a motorcycle accident were present. 22 patients had fractures on the right side and 26 patients (54.2%) had fractures on the left side. 9 patients were only blockaded, while 39 errors (81.3%) were made at the time of the first application in the emergency for analgesic treatment together with intercostal block.
