| PCP and ketamine are indirect antagonists of NMDA receptors. It suppresses dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. It reduces dopamine utilization levels. Associated with negative and cognitive symptoms. Direct administration of PCP to the prefrontal cortex increases the secretion of dopamine in the nucleus accumbens. |
